All of our Signature Suites include the invitation with envelope (complete with guest and return addressing) and Response Card. Additional pieces, such as a Details Card, can be added through our Finishing Touches to further personalize your suite.

When to Order

For the best experience, we recommend ordering your invitations 4–6 months before your wedding date. This allows ample time for design, proofing, production, and addressing without feeling rushed. If you’re working with a shorter timeline, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re happy to discuss available rush options.

How To Order

  1. Choose Your Favorite Design
    Explore our Signature Collection and select the suite that best captures your style and sets the tone for your day.

  2. Place Your Order
    Complete your purchase through our secure checkout. You’ll then receive a personalized questionnaire to collect your wording and preferences.

  3. Submit Your Questionnaire
    Share your wording and preferences with us. This is where the process begins—transforming your suite into something uniquely yours, thoughtfully tailored with elegant details and personal touches.

  4. Review Your Proofs
    We’ll design and send a digital proof for your review. Your order includes up to three rounds of revisions to ensure every detail is perfect. Additional rounds are available at $35 each.

  5. Approve for Print
    Once your final proof is approved, your Save the Dates and wedding invitations will move into production. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for Save the Dates and 4–6 weeks for invitations, ensuring each piece is printed and finished to meet our signature standards of quality and elegance.

  6. Delivery
    Your finished stationery will arrive carefully packaged and ready for assembly, along with helpful guidance for putting everything together beautifully.

Finer Details

Our invitation suites are sold as customizable packages and include fully addressed envelopes in your selected color and paper type. All pieces ship flat and require assembly upon delivery.

Stationery Dimensions:

• Invitation: 5” x 7”
(optional A9 format available)
• Response Card: 3.5” x 5”
(optional printed return-addressed RSVP envelopes)
• Details Card: 4.25” x 5.5”
(optional and available in the finishing touches section)
• Envelopes are sized to coordinate with each piece.

Features:

• Full personalization of all wording and event details, expertly typeset
• Digital printing is done on our signature 120 lb luxe cardstock, offering a smooth, refined finish. For letterpress and foil, we use our luxury 100% cotton stock, available in 120 lb single-ply or 220 lb double-ply. Soft to the touch with a naturally beautiful texture, this paper comes in bright white or soft ivory for an elevated, timeless presentation.

Proofing

Once your order is received, we’ll begin crafting your personalized digital proofs using the wording and details you provide. Proofs are delivered via email within 3–5 business days, and we’ll work closely with you to ensure every element is thoughtfully refined before moving into production.
